Etape 1.

I consult the date of my order, and check that I am well within the time indicated (7 to 12 working days). I calculate without counting the week end and the holidays if I am off or on time.

I consult my mailbox (including spam) to see if I have not received an email from La Poste indicating my tracking number. I enter my tracking number on the post office website

I have not received a tracking number, the times indicated have been exceeded: I immediately contact the customer service by email, I specify my name, my first name, my order number.
